Package Policies
A Commercial Package Policy may be provided for any type of
business Retail, Wholesale, Building owner, Office, Restaurant,
Condominium Complex, can include the but not limited to the
following.
- Building - basic or all risk coverage with actual cash
values or replacement cost may be purchased
- Business Property - basic or all risk coverage with
actual cash value or replacement cost
- Loss of income - covers loss income due to a covered
claim, Limited or actual loss sustained for 12 months
- Crime - covers Theft including Employee Theft,
Counterfeit Currency, Depositors Forgery and Extortion
- Deductibles - $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $2500, $5,000, or
$10,000
- Liability - $300,000, $500,000, or $1,000,000
Optional coverage's may be purchased but not limited to the
following.
- Exterior Glass
- Liquor Liability
- Heating and Cooling Equipment
- Accounts Receivable and Valuable Papers
- Earthquake
- Directors and Officers Liability
- Commercial Umbrella up to $25,000,000
- Hired and Non Owned Auto Liability
